New Affordable Managed Services Packages for 2019
Based on the feedback from hundreds of clients, we have built new managed services packages to help support your infrastructure. These bundles include Webroot’s premier antivirus platform as well as ACT RMM.
Our RMM System (Remote Management and Monitoring) gives you multiple benefits:
- Additional real-time and zero-day protection against viruses and malware
- 24/7 remote system monitoring
- Ability for us to remotely access desktops, laptops and servers as needed to provide support to you and your employees.
Added Security is Essential, Not a Luxury
In today’s environment, it is no longer a luxury to have managed services. Our typical client receives 300+ hack attempts per day on their website and network. Some see more than 1,000. When you look at the needs for real support in your company, plus the needed for added security, our low priced manage services packages deliver tremendous value at a very affordable price.
Managed Services – Silver Support
This package is the front-line necessity to protect against viruses and malware minimizing potential down time. Included is Webroot and ACT RMM which are industry leading antivirus software and remote monitoring and management services. Additionally, it covers monthly scans that help protect your system, workstation maintenance, application updates and remote access when needed. A maximum of 10 workstations are included at with Silver Support.
Managed Services – Gold Support
With the Gold level of managed services, we include everything from Silver Support, plus up to 1 hour of remote support and the option to expand support beyond 10 workstations (additional blocks of 5 licenses are just $47/month).
This additional level of support can be used to help address support issues on your desktops, laptops, servers, network, software application, cloud applications or other technical support need.
Managed Services – Platinum Support
This includes everything from Gold Support, increasing bundled support to 4 hours of remote support. With the Platinum Support level, you can also apply the time towards consulting services. Examples of how clients can use this time include:
- Competitive analysis of your website and marketing vs. your competition.
- Advice and analysis of software products, cloud services or hosted applications you are considering;
- Consultations on hardware or technology purchases you are considering, even if you are purchasing through a third party;
- Strategic planning for your business, such as requirements to help with an service or product expansion, office relocation, additional location or new hires.

Convenient Billing Options
Your managed services plan will be billed automatically on the first of the month to the credit card or checking account you specify. Other services, outside the scope of the plans above, whether billed on an hourly or project basis, will be invoiced at the start of the following month.
